So for one of the first steps towards a healthier, skinnier me [not a New Years Resolution, just blind panic about the wedding]. I decided to pre-make a ton of green smoothies that I can just pop in the blender in the morning.
I ended up not using the peanut butter or avocado in this bunch.
Each bag had:
1 fistful of almonds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup Almond Milk [vanilla, unsweetened]
1/2 a Banana
1 1/2 cups blueberries [frozen]
5 strawberries [frozen]
As much spinach as possible
Grapes were added as I deemed fit
