I haven’t done anything medical today however I wanted to say that I feel like the Lyrica is beginning to make a difference, I’m still tired but it’s not as bad and my pain level is a little lower than usual, I was actually able to avoid taking my Vicodin despite it raining and it being chilly. I’m usually dead tired no matter how much I’ve slept and this morning [ahem afternoon] when I woke up I actually felt like going out and doing something. Despite the rain I walked a mile  to the Target near my hotel to grab some things and had enough energy to walk home. That may not seem like a big deal to the average bear but the fact that I had the energy to do that AND do it without my cane WHILE IT IS RAINING is sort of a big deal.

  1. That’s great! From what I’ve read about Lyrica, it either helps (slowly) or you reject it (quickly). Sounds like you’re on the right path. Sorry I missed your call today – in a meeting with a customer who had a fire in their data center 😦

    • Well I’m for sure not rejecting it so that’s a plus. From what I’ve heard it either works or you reject it, there doesn’t seem to be a lot of middle ground. And no worries 🙂
